The community is invited to hear two great bands at Temple Ner Tamid's Havdallah Cafe on Saturday, November 20 at 7:30 pm. Ed Alstrom’s Acid Cabaret Trio Featuring Ed Alstrom (TNT's musical director and piano.organ player and Yankee Stadium organ player) , Don Guinta & Jeff Ganz. Ed has played with Bette Midler, Chuck Berry, and in the Broadway shows “Hairspray” and “Smokey Joe’s Café” • Featuring an evening of music ranging from jazz to funk to Gilbert and Sullivan(!) to New Orleans rock and roll. Then listen to Sarlin, Levine, Ganz Acoustic Guitar Virtuosos Featuring TNT’s own Don Sarlin, with Mike Levine on Dobro, and Jeff Ganz on bass. • A dazzling trio performing original music with a range of influences from blues to bluegrass to sambas to r&b. • Musicians who’ve performed with Van Morrison, Esther Phillips, Johnny Winter, Tanya Tucker, and on Broadway.
