The Continuum of Care is a comprehensive, client-oriented network of services, including health care, mental health care, social services, transportation programs, and housing for the elderly. The Continuum of Care emphasizes wellness, rather than illness, by helping an older person remain as independent as possible at each state.

Joint Chaplaincy Committee of MetroWest
Visits by chaplains to Jewish individuals, offering them and their families pastoral and spiritual care and guidance
