English-speaking programs employ the TOEFL Israel, which is administered by ETS, to evaluate an examinee's English proficiency (the capacity to communicate and comprehend English in writing and spoken form). Every ten days, the test is given throughout Israel; on Saturdays, it is also given at the Yeda Plus facilities in Ramat Gan and Haifa.
