JFS has developed Transitions ElderCare, a comprehensive menu of senior care management services, administered by reliable and dedicated professionals. As the preferred provider for senior care management, it is JFS' vision to ensure the same quality of care for all older adults that we expect for our own parents and family.
The mission of the Metro West Jewish Health and Healing Center is to provide the MetroWest community with resources and programs, designed from a Jewish perspective, to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual well being and to offer spiritual healing for those experiencing life challenges.

The Joint Chaplaincy Committee services hospitals, nursing homes, senior residences, hospices, county mental health facilities, group homes for the developmentally disabled, and all five housing complexes of the Jewish Community Housing Corporation as well as Federation Plaza and Federation Towers. It also provides a crises chaplain for dialysis units and intensive care units.
