What's In It For You: The Tangible Benefits of Giving

There are some tangible benefits for you when you make a donation to your Jewish federation.

For $18.00, college students are invited to all UJC-sponsored campus-wide and national events, including Fall National Student Leadership Conference

Children Holding Tzedakah BoxFor $50.00 or more, you can have your name listed among donors at Tel Aviv's Bet Hatfutsoth, Museum of the Diaspora

For $1,000, young Jewish leaders, ages 25-45, are invited to a wide variety of special events including a trip to Israel

For $10,000 or more, donors can take advantage of customized travel itineraries to Israel and other countries with sites of Jewish interest through the UJC VIP Travel Department.

In Israel ... with a minimum of four weeks notice ... we can

  • Develop tailor-made itineraries to accommodate the broadest range of special interests, including opportunities to see your dollars at work; meetings with Israeli opinion-makers, home hospitality visits; scenic flights; jeep rides; rafting; kayaking and other adventures
  • Provide passport assistance at Ben-Gurion Airport, upon arrival and departure
  • Arrange ground and air transportation in Israel, including transfers to and from Ben-Gurion Airport
  • Secure hotel reservations at special rates
  • Provide first-rate, experienced guides with air-conditioned luxury vehicles
  • Coordinate private and guided tours to Jordan and Egypt

And around the world ... with six weeks notice ... we can

  • Arrange tours of Jewish and non-Jewish sites
  • Provide contacts to Jewish organizations
  • Supply travel information
  • Coordinate visits to see your dollars at work
  • Arrange for tickets at synagogues when celebrating Jewish holidays overseas
  • When possible, arrange meetings between you and Jewish community leaders

For $10,000 or more, donors also have access to top political officials on special trips to Israel and to other countries where your money is at work.
