United Jewish Communities Federation Executive Recruitment & Education Program (FEREP) is a scholarship program that gives you the chance to launch a career with purpose. IF YOU'RE ACCEPTED TO THE UJC FEDERATION EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT & EDUCATION PROGRAM:
1. You will earn a master's degree in policy sciences, social work, business administration, and/or Jewish communal service and public administration at one of these prestigious universities: Brandeis University · Columbia University/Jewish Theological Seminary · University of Judaism · University of Maryland/Balti-more Hebrew University · University of Michigan · University of Pennsylvania/Gratz College · University of Southern California/ Hebrew Union College · University of Toronto ·Yeshiva University.
2. Commit to work at a North American Jewish federation for a minimum of two years after you graduate ... United Jewish Communities will give you a partial-tuition grant of $7,500 per year for two years or commit to work at a North American Jewish federation for a minimum of three years after you graduate ... United Jewish Communities will give you a full-tuition grant not to exceed $20,000 per year for two years.
