Last week was the 30th anniversary of the signing of the historic peace treaty between Israel and Egypt. The newspapers were full of stories, anecdotes, recollections, and memoirs of the people who were involved in the negotiations and shaped history. What amazed me most was the reconfirmation that leadership cannot be judged from narrow and short-term perspectives. Many times it takes several years, personal maturity, inside information, and a wider perspective in order to recognize a real leader. >>MORE>>
