The U.S. secretary of state's remarks Wednesday to a gala dinner of the American Task Force on Palestine comes as the Palestinian Authority reportedly is seeking international recognition in case it decides to unilaterally declare statehood. more

Amir Shacham Our Cooking Ladies
A group of women from southern Israel decided to give up retirement and start to combine business with what they like to do best: cooking together. February is Jewish Disability Awareness month.  Over the past decade, Federations have seen an increased need for services for people with autism spectrum disorders and their families. In response, The Jewish Federations of North America is developing a comprehensive Web site on autism spectrum for adults ages 18-26. The site, which will be available over the summer, will include educational materials, information on housing and social programs, and more. Please contact  for details.
