**Press Release** Feel Good Friday Program Focuses on Healthy EatingCaldwell LIVE (Lifelong Involvement for Vital Elders), the Caldwell Public Library and Mountainside Hospital sponsor Feel Good Fridays, a monthly wellness lecture series. The next Feel Good Friday presentation, Pep Up Your Palate, will take place on Friday, July 16, at 10:00 a.m. at the Caldwell Public Library, 268 Bloomfield Ave, Caldwell. Emily Johnston, RD, a dietician at Mountainside Hospital will discuss innovative ways to make easy, healthy, and tasty meals. Some of the issues she will address will be how to improve the taste of food and how to handle the impact of medical issues on diet. Recipes and food samples will be available at the program. There will be time for questions and answers. The program is free and open to the community. Reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling the Caldwell LIVE office at (973) 403-0972. Caldwell LIVE is a federally funded program to develop programs and services to enable Caldwell residents age 60 and older to remain in the community. Among the services LIVE provides to older adults who reside in Caldwell are free home repair and maintenance, employment counseling, limited transportation to non-emergency medical appointments, social work counseling, and educational and wellness programs. United Jewish Communities of MetroWest NJ serves as lead agency for Caldwell LIVE, and Jewish Family Service and Jewish Vocational Service of MetroWest collaboratively implement the project. LIVE programs and services are delivered in partnership with communal agencies, the Borough and Public Library, civic groups, and other providers. Caldwell LIVE is supported by the U.S. Administration on Aging, and funded in part by a grant from Mountainside Health Foundation.
