As we approach the Jewish New Year, it is a time for reflection and taking stock of the things that hold important meaning in our lives: Family, Friends, and our Community.
Did you know that Jewish Federation has helped more people in more places than any other Jewish philanthropy? Jews helping Jews.
The opportunities for building a better Jewish future are uncountable.
Federation and our partner agencies have managed to maintain the most crucially needed services during these challenging times. Together with you, we work to aid senior citizens, the unemployed, those with developmental disabilities, the impoverished, and many more.
Federation has a wealth of programs to foster Jewish identity and strengthen connections. Jewish education, Jewish camping experiences, trips to Israel, training new generations of Jewish and Israeli leaders, instilling in teens the philanthropic spirit.
With your support we can achieve so many possibilities. Our community depends on each other to insure that when help is needed it will be available, and that our children will have the Jewish experiences that build a lifetime connected to their heritage.
On this Rosh Hashanah, on this New Year, take the opportunity to renew one of the most important Jewish values, Klal Yisrael (We are one people, responsible for each other), and support your community with a gift to the UJA Campaign.
When we help each other, everything is possible. I wish you and your family a healthy and happy New Year.
With Warm Regards,
Paula Saginaw
UJA Campaign Chair
