To open the attachment below, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, please follow these easy steps:
1. Go to www.adobe.com, scroll down to the bottom, and select "Get Acrobat Reader".
2. Select the link to Download the Acrobat Reader.
3. Make sure that you select the correct Platform (i.e. Windows 95 or 98, etc.) and then let the Download run. It takes a few minutes.
4. After the download is complete, you will need to INSTALL Acrobat Reader onto you Hard Drive. To do so, locate where you saved the installation (such as on your C: drive) and double click it. That will instruct you to install the Acrobat Reader on your Hard Drive.
5. The installation takes another minute or two to complete, and then RESTART your computer if not instructed to do so.
6. After your computer has restarted, open the attachment below.
