Youth Philanthropy

The B’nai Tzedek program name is opening up new possibilities for how young people can help create a more just society. As an innovative and powerful branch of Tzedakah, B'nai Tzedek is redefining what it means to be a philanthropist: that one does not have to be wealthy to have a personal and engaged relationship to life-long giving.

The B'nai Tzedek’s objectives:

  1. To help every Jewish teen in community name establish an endowment fund in their name.
  2. To provide Jewish teens with skills and knowledge in the area of Jewish sources on giving, financial literacy and modern philanthropy.
  3. To help Jewish teens establish relationships with Jewish organizations in community name and abroad.
  4. To offer the opportunity to network with other Jewish teens locally and nationally.
