Youth Philanthropy
The B’nai Tzedek program name is opening up new possibilities for how young people can help create a more just society. As an innovative and powerful branch of Tzedakah, B'nai Tzedek is redefining what it means to be a philanthropist: that one does not have to be wealthy to have a personal and engaged relationship to life-long giving.
The B'nai Tzedek’s objectives:
- To help every Jewish teen in community name establish an endowment fund in their name.
- To provide Jewish teens with skills and knowledge in the area of Jewish sources on giving, financial literacy and modern philanthropy.
- To help Jewish teens establish relationships with Jewish organizations in community name and abroad.
- To offer the opportunity to network with other Jewish teens locally and nationally.
